Refunds

You can cancel any purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason, and get all of your money back. This applies to everyone, including businesses.

It also covers your legal right of withdrawal as a consumer in the EU. Shops selling downloads usually ask you to give that right up at checkout; at Camerture you keep it.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, from the email address you bought with, or mention it in your message. Replying to your licence email works too. A clear message is enough, for example:

I cancel my purchase of Camerture.

The 14 days start on the day you paid. Your message only has to be sent before they're over.

What happens next

• We refund the full amount, including VAT, within 14 days of receiving your message, with the payment method you used. The refund costs you nothing.
• The purchase's licences end: you may no longer use Camerture, and the licences no longer get updates or downloads. Please remove the app from your Macs.
• You get a credit note for your invoice.
• For Team and Business, a refund covers the whole order and ends all of its keys, including those you've handed out.

After 14 days

After 14 days, purchases are final. If Camerture doesn't work as described, the legal guarantee still applies; see the terms of sale.
